This course is based on my 16-year life experience at Johnson & Johnson, focused on designing and developing new products and solutions.
The course draws from my experience working at Johnson & Johnson Consumer as a Production Director, implementing the Signature Quality Initiative for J&J Consumer India. During this initiative, I got the opportunity to learn all about process improvement tools such as "Six Sigma", "Lean Manufacturing" and "Design Excellence", then apply them in operations to achieve significant business successes. I was also fortunate to lead a cross-functional team to implement SAP, gaining first-hand knowledge on how to develop solutions that help businesses perform better. All this experience has been encapsulated in this course at IIM Udaipur, preparing MBA students for roles such as Business Analysts, IT Consultants, Solution Architects, etc.
Arun Singhal is the founder, chief mentor, and managing partner of Enrichmentors. He established Enrichmentors in 2007 to assist individuals, small and medium enterprises in enhancing their efficiency through consulting, coaching, and advisory services.
He earned his MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, India. Arun has worked for 26 years in companies like Dumex, Johnson & Johnson and Unilever in India and the Asia-Pacific region, based in Delhi, Mumbai and Singapore, in various leadership roles encompassing sales, marketing, operations, and general management. The companies Arun has consulted over the last 14 years include Volkswagen, Kris, Bayer, Cello, Makarizo, Mayur Suitings, Ayushakti, Mind Technologies, Hia Designs, among others.
He also served as the Head of Placement at IIM Udaipur after working there as a career consultant.
His mission now is to share his knowledge and experience over these 40 years with individuals, small and medium enterprises like you, helping them improve their performance.
