Consolidate all tasks and projects within a single Notion template
Meet the Second Brain by nooka. This system integrates my interpretation of GTD ➞ and PARA ➞ methods, along with automation for managing both personal and work-related projects and tasks.
The unique aspect of Second Brain based on Notion
A key objective of this system is to liberate your memory from storing project and task information. For this purpose, it enables fast note-taking of all ideas, and easy allocation of these ideas into tasks, projects, resources.
How does Second Brain work
Quickly add tasks, ideas, and thoughts using commands on your iPhone, Macbook or Watch. With the Notion API, entries go into the Notion "Inbox" database for further task distribution. To track tasks conveniently, upon assigning a date, the task goes into the Calendar as an all-day event.
